Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. No email required, no retention call, no delay. Cancellation stops the next payment. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

Because this is digital content available immediately on payment, we do not offer refunds as a rule. We will make exceptions in these cases:

· You were charged after cancelling.
· You were charged more than once for the same period.
· You subscribed within the last [14] days and have not downloaded any files.
· A technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the library for a meaningful part of your billing period.

Annual memberships

Annual memberships may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first [30] days. After that they run to the end of the term.

How to ask

EMAIL with the email address on the account and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to reply within [3] business days. If a refund is due it is returned to the original payment method and usually appears within [5–10] business days.

Before you file a dispute

If you see a charge you do not recognise, it will read as Order of Builders on your statement and relates to an Asylum Ink membership. Please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank can.
