Terms of Service

Who we are

Order of Builders is the membership and billing service operated by [YOUR LEGAL NAME / SOLE PROPRIETOR NAME], based in [STATE], United States. It provides paid access to digital works published under the Asylum Ink imprint.  CONTACT.

What a membership gives you

An active membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and download the digital works in the member library for as long as your membership stays active. New works are added on an ongoing basis. We do not guarantee a fixed publication schedule, and the contents of the library may change as works are added, revised, or withdrawn.

What it does not give you

You may not redistribute, resell, share, upload, or publicly post the files, in whole or in part. You may not use the works to train machine learning models. Copyright in all works remains with the author. Files downloaded during an active membership remain yours to keep for personal use, but your access to the library ends when your membership ends.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. One account is for one person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that share credentials or redistribute files, without refund.

Billing

Memberships are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices may change with at least [30] days’ notice, and any change applies from your next renewal. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States
